Welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Flint Michigan!

Kiwanis Club of Flint Michigan chartered on April 20, 1917

Join us for Toys for Tots!

Thursday, December 8th is Flint Kiwanis annual Toys for Tots event and Super-Interclub meeting. All Clubs from Michigan Division 17 and friends of Flint Kiwanis are been invited to join us to present an offering of new, unwrapped toys to the Marine Toys for Tots organization in Flint. Thursday's meeting will be held in First Presbyterian Church of Flint http://www.fpcf.org/about-us/directions/

This year, and with the assistance of President-Elect Joseph Shelby, the Target stores in our area have donated new toys or gift cards to contribute to the Toys for Tots program. Several Clubs, including ours, will also be presenting checks to the Marines in attendance.

Due to the large number of attendees it is important to contact Gary Smith (gfsmith@goodwillmidmichigan.org) no later than Noon on Tuesday, December 6th if you will be joining us. Lunch is $10.

About Flint Kiwanis

The Kiwanis Club of Flint, Michigan is dedicated to the Kiwanis International mission of changing the world, one child and one community at a time. Our focus is children within the City of Flint and its surrounding communities. From Kiwanis Student Leadership Programs like Circle K International and Key Club, to college scholarships, to the student athlete program, to support for the Hurley Children’s Miracle Network, the Kiwanis Club of Flint serves children and youth transitioning the entire spectrum of age groups. Please learn more about all our community service projects by clicking on the “About Us” tab and then “Projects.”

In order to successfully sustain this level of volunteer service, the Kiwanis Club of Flint holds two major fundraising initiatives each year: gourmet nut sales in the fall and through sponsorships and advertising sales in the student athlete of the year program book.
